For School Partners

A holiday club built around your school community.

Pixie Play Club works with schools to create full-day holiday provision for families who need something engaging, dependable and easy to access during school breaks.

Rather than bringing in a one-size-fits-all camp, we shape the programme around the school calendar, available spaces, age mix and the practical needs of families. PPC can manage the programme and parent-facing administration while working closely with the school on the parts that need to integrate with campus operations.

Why schools partner with us

Useful for families. Manageable for schools.

The goal is to extend what the school can offer during the holidays without creating an unnecessary administrative burden for the school team.

Family support

Holiday cover in a familiar setting

Families can access a full-day programme in an environment their children already know.

School fit

Designed around your campus

We plan activities around the spaces that are actually available — for example multipurpose, art, library, classroom and outdoor areas.

Administration

PPC can manage registration

Our model can include parent registration, booking queries, payment communication and programme information directly through PPC.

Programme

We bring the activity plan

PPC develops the programme structure, prepares activities and brings the equipment required for delivery unless something different is agreed.

Communication

Clear visibility

We can agree a simple reporting and communication process so the school remains informed about enrolment and programme delivery.

Flexible model

Built per partnership

Dates, spaces, promotion, meals, transport and commercial terms can all be agreed to suit the school and the holiday period.

How a partnership can work

From first conversation to opening day.

1

Understand the need

We discuss holiday dates, family demand, age range, preferred hours and what the school wants to offer.

2

Map the campus

We identify suitable indoor and outdoor spaces and any operational considerations for the holiday period.

3

Build the programme

PPC develops the activity mix, practical plan and parent-facing information for the agreed dates.

4

Open registration

The school can promote the programme to its community while PPC manages registrations and parent enquiries.

5

Deliver & review

We run the programme, keep agreed communication channels open and review what worked for future holidays.

Shared responsibilities

Clear roles make the partnership easier.

Every school is different, so responsibilities are agreed before launch. A typical arrangement can look like this:

Pixie Play Club may handle

  • Programme design and activity planning
  • Registration and parent booking communication
  • Activity materials and programme equipment
  • Parent-facing programme information
  • Day-to-day holiday-club delivery

School support may include

  • Agreed access to suitable campus spaces
  • Promotion to the school community
  • Coordination on campus access and facilities
  • Where available, discussion around meals or transport
  • A named school contact for operational coordination

The exact arrangement — including dates, commercial terms, facilities and any additional services — is agreed individually with each school.
